Terms of Service

NEW -Our terms are being finalized ahead of launch and will live here. In the meantime: every deal’s terms are set by its merchant; Pop Buy acts solely as a platform and never processes deal payments.

Age. You must be at least 13 to use Pop Buy. Some Bubbles are for Poppers 21 and older. We use the date of birth you provide only for age checks: whether to show you those Bubbles, and whether you’re 18 or older to run a storefront. We never display it and you cannot change it in the app. Merchants declare whether a Bubble includes alcohol, and the merchant remains responsible for verifying age at the point of sale.
